Creator Submission Agreement

This Creator Submission Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions under which scanlation groups, translation teams, and independent artists ("Creators") upload, publish, and manage comic and novel chapters on AniZoro.
Creator Status Eligibility
By submitting a creator application, you agree to represent your team, solo handle, or studio accurately and maintain active contact channels (e.g. Discord or Email) for support and licensing updates.
1. Rights & Submissions
By uploading content (including manga chapters, light novel pages, covers, and descriptions) to AniZoro, you declare and agree that:
- You have translated, edited, cleaned, typeset, or drawn the submitted content, or you possess the explicit permission of the translation team or creator to distribute it on AniZoro.
- You grant AniZoro a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to host, cache, transmit, resize, display, and distribute the uploaded images or text on our website and mobile applications.
- You retain full copyright over your original works, translations, and brand marks. You can request the removal of your uploaded chapters at any time through your dashboard or by emailing creators@anizoro.com.
2. Content Quality Standards
To ensure a premium reading experience, all submissions must comply with the following standards:
- Image Quality: Pages must be clearly scanned or rendered, in correct reading order, and free of malicious watermark scripts or external ad popups embedded in the images.
- Language & Translation: Chapters must be published in the correct language category. Machine translations should be edited for basic readability.
- Original Work Guidelines: If you are an original webtoon artist or novelist, your content must not promote hate speech, illegal acts, or extreme graphical violence.
3. Copyright Infringement & Takedowns
AniZoro respects copyright laws. If an official publisher or licensing holder requests the removal of a specific manga or novel series, AniZoro will comply. Under such circumstances, any associated chapters uploaded by Creators will be removed, and the series may be locked. Creators agree not to re-upload files that have been subjected to official takedowns.
4. Agreement Termination
We reserve the right to suspend upload privileges, disable creator dashboards, or terminate this Agreement if a Creator repeatedly violates our Community Guidelines, uploads malicious files, or attempts to abuse the coin/monetization systems. You may terminate this Agreement by requesting the deletion of your creator profile.
